The top part of the open bag mouth will be sealed tightly as the bag filling is fulfilled The sealing methods will be done depending on the bag's type (gusseted or non-gusseted),layer's number of the bag, the bag’s composition & the other requirement. The normal methods for sealing the bag mouth are as following description:: A.firstly folding the bag top & then stitching the folded part (usually for the non-gusseted hags); --ref.photo1 B.firstly cutting the bag top to make it very flat, then covering the crepe paper over the top & stitching the creped part simuganeously; --ref.photo2 C.firstly stitching the bag top part, cutting the bag top rim, & then over-taping the glued crepe on the top stitched part & heat-sealing it tightly (usually for the purpose of preventing the dust/powder/debris from slipping in or out of the bag form the stitching holes); --ref.photo3 D.firstly heat-sealing the outside bag & inner bag together, sealing the inner PP or PE bag tightly while the outside bag shall not be sealed for its higher melting degrees; after that, folding the top of the bag above the inner bag's sealing line, & stitching the folded part simultaneously; --ref.photo4 E.heat-sealing the top part of the single layer or multi-layer bag directly (usually for PP.
